Interview with a senior citizen Emile Paquin

I decided to use for the interview my grandfather, on my mother side, as a senior citizen. His name is Émile Paquin and he is 73 years old. He was born at Deschambault in 1921. Cap Santé is where he now lives on his own piece of land that he heartily takes care of. I knew by picking this person how happy he would be to be part of a school project with me.
